Are you struggling to become the person you wish to become or create the life of your dreams?
- Perhaps you actually have it all figured out with what you’re here to do.
- Perhaps you dream of becoming that person with incredible confidence and at ease.
- Perhaps your dream feels so amazing, you feel so lit up inside, you could jump straight in.
And yet, if you’re reading this, you might also be feeling stuck at work, giving up control, watching the clock tick by, and wishing you could be transported to the moment when you finally live your dream; your objective; your cause!
Well, congratulations on letting yourself dream. The desire for change is triggered by a dream or wishful thinking.
However, the dream may frequently appear too far-fetched to produce a plan for getting there or the motivation to persevere.
Let’s face it: life isn’t always so straightforward that we can leap and move to where we want to be. Whether those obstacles are financial constraints, personal beliefs about who we are and what we can do, or not having enough time in the day; Remember that you are on the right path, whether you just realized you wanted to change, started a new business, or made a new life.
So, how can we make this journey more enjoyable and less bumpy?
Consider how you actually relate to the person you are becoming or the life you are creating. Think of it as a friend.
Try it out—which statement most resonates with you?
A: I put in so much effort at my day job, taking care of my family and ensuring that everyone has everything they need. There is simply not enough time to devote to my creation!
B: I plan ahead of time for my creation, but something forces me to cancel or reschedule C: To be honest, I meet my creation, but I’m not there. My thoughts are elsewhere.
D: Baby, I’m all in! When I get to meet my creation, I get so excited. Because life is real, I have off days. But most of the time, I make sure that my creation is growing, that I put it ahead of everything else, and that it has everything it needs to be fulfilled. To ensure that I can continue providing fuel for my creation, I manage my energy.
If you chose D…. Good job!
It sounds like you are balancing your professional life with the creation of your new life and future self, and your energy is directed toward what you enjoy doing.
The fuel for building your new creation will be your enthusiasm and energy.
Take care of your energy because it is like gold dust. and is constantly evolving. If you pay close attention to your heart, you won’t drift too far, even if life throws you a few curveballs that throw you off course.
If you chose A, B, or C,
How would you react if you were the one who received that?
Imagine yourself as your creation in the future. Do you have complete faith in him or her? Or do you disregard what he or she requires?
How long would it take you to give up and settle for something else if you were him or her?
It’s like starting a new relationship when you’re creating your ideal career, business, or new version of yourself.
In addition, early on, it necessitates commitment.
Similar to a relationship
Your creation requires nurturing, as well as listening and being heard.
You must take care of your creation in order to give it the attention it deserves. You must treat her with respect. If you say you’ll be there.
Be realistic about the things you can commit to and accomplish.
You have to believe in your creation. so that you can be her biggest cheerleader, keep her going when things get tough, and work on the things that are bringing your creation back to her old life, like a relationship….
If you don’t take care of your creation, it will drift away, shrink, and feel distant.
Your energy will focus on what it thinks it needs to do first until you change your focus, at which point it will be wasted, leaving you with little or no energy to build your new creation.
It will give up on you if you give up on it. Both ways are possible. You must work on creating opportunities if you want to receive opportunities.
The good news is here!
Your creation takes her time! It does not require! Additionally, it rewards effort well!
Therefore, here are my suggestions for ensuring that you and your creation’s relationship work well together.
Be sincere about your commitments. Life is hard; maybe you have to look after a family and can only give a little each day, week, or month. That’s fine; you’re still moving ahead! It might take you a little longer to get there. The most important thing here is to be realistic about your stepping stones so that you can appreciate how long the journey will be and not get tired.
Think about how you can make the most of your day to keep moving forward. What is your typical day like?
Establish your life’s priorities clearly. What must occur for you to give your creation priority? What must you stop doing?
Simplify your life: What can you part with? It is amazing how much simpler the journey becomes when there are fewer things to carry. Consider your way of life—do you work to support a way of life that doesn’t make you happy?
Keep your energy safe! What can you do each day to ensure that you are at your best so that you can give everything when you call on your creation? In contrast, what are your alternatives? This might mean exercising, taking care of your body, and following a healthy diet; for others, it might mean spending more time outdoors, taking in nature, and letting go of the stresses and strains of the week.
Consider the relationships you have with yourself and other people. Do you say yes to more people than you say yes to yourself? You contradict yourself by saying yes to other people. Ensure that the answer “yes” comes from a trustworthy source. And allow yourself to be heard in the journal—the good, the bad, and the ugly! We often just want to get past the bad or make it go away—whether that means drinking wine or watching a movie. But all you are doing is making it worse! Let it be heard! Let it heal! Find out what is bringing about this feeling.
It really is as easy as doing more of what you enjoy and less of what you don’t! Clarify what you need to learn, release, or do in order to fulfill your purpose!
Repurpose, too! What lessons can you learn from this situation to help you on your journey? What opportunities are available to you that will assist you in developing your purpose and allowing you to grow?
